Browsing today's cable leaked by WikiLeaks, I found this article on the Cuban health care system:

Titled, "Aqui, nada es facil" ("Here, nothing is easy"), it describes a system struggling to deliver decent, compassionate care to the general population. Michael Moore's movie "Sicko" has apparently been banned in Cuba, because it features the few "show hospitals" and clinics that do a good job but are off limits to most Cubans.
