Send John Roberts and Boehner to Guantanamo?

Right now the President seems to have the right to declare anyone, even a US citizen, a "terrorist" and ship him off to Guantanamo.  I wish exactly that would happen to one or two Supreme Court justices and perhaps a few Congressional leaders.  Wouldn't it be fun to do that to, say, John Roberts or Antonin Scalia, John Boehner, and Mitch McConnell?  Maybe Guantanamo's too cramped and the accommodations might be a bit Spartan, so perhaps someplace else would be better -- are there three guest rooms at Fort Knox?  Or if you want to hold on to some of the jurisdictional no-mans-land aspect of Guantanamo, perhaps someplace nice on the Marianas Islands?
