The email I'm trying to send to my Congressman

My Congressman is Lamar Smith, a conservative Republican from Texas.
Usually I have no trouble getting on his web site to send him an e-mail.  Getting a meaningful response is another story.  Sometimes I get a canned reply that may address the general subject but that ignores any specific questions I ask; I hope most of the time my message at least gets counted as opposed to his position.
But today all I get is "Server is too busy".
Good.
